"Scope and challenge level of our hard / landscape project was large and demanding. It was a new construction with varied grades to take care of. We had some ideas about the key features we would like to have. Sallie listened to those and came up with a preliminary plan which we finalized after a couple of iterations. We were very pleased with the final plan because it took care of all difficult grading, water drainages, retaining walls and seamlessly blended surroundings with our landscape and house. She is very knowledgeable about the engineering aspect of the project. Effectiveness of some of the key features she introduced, for example permeable pavers near the garage entrance, was not obvious in paper-design but we realized how important it is during winter and rainy seasons. We had no icing or water stagnation issues. She is very familiar with verities of landscaping material and can suggest material which will fit your likes and requirements of the project. Planning cost was very reasonable; she can work around your budget and was available whenever we needed her for the project.
